The Role

As the Business Analyst, you are required to work with clients across the globe helping them to derive requirements out of their needs. Further, you will be the go to person for the software development teams when it comes to product domain.

Main Responsibilities

• Discover the needs of business users & convert those needs in to meaningful requirements. Should have a thorough understanding regarding end to end business requirements
• Understand the value of business user needs and help them to prioritize the needs
• Have a holistic understanding of the product and interdependencies between the requirements. Should have a comprehensive understanding towards both functional & non-functional requirements of the product(s)
• Create user stories & maintain the product/sprint backlogs in a refined state
• Help the software development teams to understand the product requirements & provide required clarifications. Be responsible for the product domain understanding of the team
• Work with the QA team in assuring the quality of the product which goes to end users

• Strong collaboration & empathy towards business users in getting requirements
• Be a problem solver who will work across all the stakeholders to understand, help and guide solving their problems
• Thorough understanding of Agile software development concepts and methodologies
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Believe in knowledge culture and help others advancing their knowledge and capabilities

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in software development or equivalent qualification
• round 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst with Agile software development teams
• Holding CSPO professional certifications will be an added advantag
